Visitors to the Monastery
We are happy to share our monastic life with visitors and are able to offer overnight accommodations. However, our guest facilities at present are very limited and we request that all guests contact us in advance to schedule a day visit or longer stay.
Before your visit, we ask that you download and read our Visitors’ Guide. It contains important information for all guests of the monastery, with answers to commonly asked questions. (See also the modified Lenten schedule posted below.)
After you have read the Visitors’ Guide, you can contact the Guestmaster to make arrangements for your visit.
Special Lenten Schedule
During the season of Great Lent, please note that the service schedule is modified. Download a PDF copy of the 2013 schedule for Great Lent. In 2013, Clean Monday (the first day of Lent) is March 18 on the civil calendar. Pascha is on May 5.
Gift Shop Contact Information
If you are stopping by just to visit the Gift Shop, please call in advance to check if it is open. Often the service schedule and work projects change the hours of operation.
