2010 Feast of St. Panteleimon

St. Panteleimon's Feastday Vigil, Akathist to the Saint

This year we will have, in addition to the festive hierarchal services, a special presentation by Archpriest Victor Potapov and Matushka Maria Potapova on the life and martyric end of Br. Jose Muñoz-Cortes, guardian of the Myrrh streaming Iveron Icon of the Mother of God.

St. Panteleimon is the patron of our community and his feast day is the occasion of a secondary pilgrimage at our monastery each year. On this day, following the Divine Liturgy we have a procession and full Moleben to the saint. At the bottom of this page, you will find a commemoration slip, with which you may submit names, together with your alms, before the August feast. All names submitted will be commemorated on the feast and for eight days thereafter.

If you prefer to submit your names through our Moleben & Pannykhida request page, simply select a moleben to St. Panteleimon from the drop down menu and in the "Additional Information" field mention that you are submitting the names for commemoration on St. Panteleimon’s Feastday. Your alms may be then be submitted through our online kiosk. Names submitted in this way will also be commemorated on the feast and for eight days thereafter.
